To View Your Rewards Points Balance:

• Navigate to the Loyalty menu at the top of the page.
• Your current loyalty points balance will be displayed on this page.

To Redeem Your Loyalty Points:

• Navigate to the Loyalty menu at the top of the page.
• Choose the item you want to redeem from the list.
• Click Confirm, and the item will be automatically added to your next subscription order.

You must be a subscriber to redeem your loyalty points. Loyalty points are exclusive to active members of our subscription program, and if you cancel your subscription, you'll no longer be able to view or redeem the loyalty points you've earned.

To Add an Item:

• Navigate to the Subscriptions menu at the top of the page.
• From the “Add to Your Next Order” window or after clicking Manage Next Order, select the item you want to add to your subscription.

To Remove an Item:

• Navigate to the Subscriptions menu at the top of the page.
• Click the Next Order tab, then click Manage Next Order.
• Select the item you want to remove from your subscription.
• Reduce the quantity of that item to zero.

To Adjust the Quantity of an Item:

• Navigate to the Subscriptions menu at the top of the page.
• Click the Next Order tab, then click Manage Next Order.
• Select the item you want to adjust.
• Increase or decrease the quantity of that item to your desired amount.

• Navigate to the Subscriptions menu at the top of the page.
• Click the Next Order tab, then click Manage Next Order.
• Select the Skip* or Delay** options from the menu.

*Skipping your next order will postpone it until your next scheduled delivery date.

**Delaying your next order will push it by 1, 2, or 3 weeks, or until a custom date of your choosing.

• Navigate to the Subscriptions menu at the top of the page.
• Click the Subscriptions tab, then click Manage Subscription.
• Select the Edit Address or Edit Payment options from the menu.
• Update your shipping and billing information as desired.

• Navigate to the Subscriptions menu item.
• Click the Subscriptions tab, then click Manage Subscription.
• Select the Pause* option or side-scroll to reveal the Cancel** option from the menu.

*Pausing your subscription will put it on hold for up to 6 months.
